Ryoko Uchiyamada, Vice Principal's wife
She's Vice Principal Hiroshi Uchiyamada's wife.
Like her daughter Yoshiko, she looks to be closer to her and her dog, than her own husband. She doesn't appear to care much of Hiroshi, except bringing home the money.
Not much is known about her character, she doesn't appear too many times in both anime and manga, althought it can be understood she might easily be a housewife.
